Products are eligible for replacement within the specified window from the date of delivery. For the Replacement Policy applicable to each product, please visit the product page before making your purchase.
In the event of a replacement, the original product will be collected. During the pickup, certain products may undergo a doorstep Quality Control Inspection. The inspection will check for criteria such as the same brand, style, color, size, the number of pieces in the pack, original brand packaging, undamaged packaging (resalable condition), no missing accessories (laces, flowers, bows, ties, etc.), intact original tags, and whether the item is used or unused. If any of these criteria are not met, the replacement request may be put on hold. However, you can submit another replacement request as long as the replacement window has not expired. Once the original product is received at our facility and passes the quality check, the replacement will be shipped to you. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging along with a copy of the original invoice.
If the product is ineligible for replacement due to reasons such as stock unavailability, return pickup issues, or other similar reasons, you may still return the product within the specified window after delivery.
