Returns & Cancellations

At Cute Potato India, we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

We offer a 7-day return-for-exchange and/or replacement policy on any purchases made from Cute Potato India.

However, we follow a strict No Refund policy.

All the approved exchange and replacement requests will be processed within 15 business days.

If the product is not eligible for replacement or exchange after delivery due to reasons such as stock unavailability, issues with return pickups, or other similar circumstances, you can still return the product within the specified return period after delivery.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and freebies. Make sure the product is properly packed when returning it. Please note that if you return an incorrect product to our courier partner, Cute Potato India will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit.

At the time of pickup, certain products may undergo a doorstep Quality Control Inspection. The courier partner will verify parameters such as brand, style, color, size, packaging condition, accessories (laces, flowers, bows, etc.), security tags, and whether the item is used or unused. If any of these criteria are not met, the return request may be put on hold. You may submit another return request as long as the return window for the product has not expired.

Once the returned product is received at our facility and passes the quality check, the replacement/exchange will be shipped to your address.

A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 will apply if the customer refuses to accept the original order with products eligible for replacement/exchange or if the customer refuses the replacement/exchange after it has been shipped.

If any items from an order purchased with a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon or offer will no longer be valid for the order, and the refund will exclude any benefits from the coupon/offer. However, for replacements/exchanges, the same coupon/offer will be applied to the new order as it was for the original purchase.

Products bought through the kiosks at Cute Potato India stores can only be returned at the store and cannot be processed through the website. Replacement/exchange is available only for online purchases, not in-store purchases.

If a free product was included in your order and you place a return request, the free product will be canceled if it hasn’t been dispatched or is still in transit. (Even if the return request is later canceled.)

For offers that include a free product, Cash on Delivery is not available.

If the free product is received damaged, defective, or is missing from your order, Cute Potato India will not process any replacements for the free item.
